    Heidi Diller is Albertsons' corporate nutritionist and manages the company's "To Your Health" education program. In her career, spanning more than 22 years, she has worked with the some of the most recognized food companies in America to share the healthy eating message with consumers.

    As a passionate advocate for healthy, enjoyable eating, Heidi has an incredible know-how for getting good nutrition messages heard and understood. She regularly lectures to organizations within her profession and has been interviewed by over 500 media outlets nationwide. Her expertise includes weight management, wellness, heart-health and senior nutrition education. Because of her position at Albertsons, Heidi is in tune with the dietary trends and appetites of Americans. And, as a mother of two teenage boys, she understands the importance of teaching and modeling good eating habits to today's children.

    Heidi is registered dietitian and an active member of the American Dietetic Association, Food and Culinary Dietitians Practice Group, and the Dietitians in Business and Communications. Heidi is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Food Administration. She enjoys cooking, hiking, photography and reading on the beach.

    Kim Kirchherr, M.S., R.D., L.D.N., C.D.E., serves as SuperValu's dietitian and expert resource for consumers who are seeking information about healthy eating, food safety and meal solution ideas and recipes. Her goal is to motivate individuals to adopt healthy eating practices, encourage appropriate physical activity, and provide consumers current nutrition information.

    Kirchherr has created countless nutrition education materials, delivered hundreds of presentations, and participates monthly in media interviews for local Chicago-area cable shows and stations including ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, WGN, 101.9FM, the Chicago Sun Times, the Chicago Tribune, the Daily Herald, Supermarket News and Seafood Business, in addition to writing articles that appear in suburban newspapers in Milwaukee and Chicago.

    As a member of the American Dietetic Association and past president of the North Suburban Dietetic Association, Kirchherr is dedicated to the dissemination of accurate nutrition information. Kirchherr was recently honored as the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year by the American Dietetic Association/Illinois Dietetic Association.

    Kirchherr completed both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at Eastern Illinois University where she was a graduate assistant for the dining services department. She interned at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, Ill. and has compiled a children's activity booklet about nutrition. Additionally, she has worked in hospital-based health and fitness centers and in a hospital-based outpatient education program.

    Jennifer Shea MS, MPH, RD is the Retail East Dietitian for SUPERVALU, covering the supermarket chains of SHAW’S and STAR MARKET, FARM FRESH, SHOPPERS and ACME on the East Coast. Prior to her current position, Shea served as the Wellness Coach and Registered Dietitian for Shaw’s Supermarkets in New England. Shea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Boston University, a Masters in Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University and a Masters in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine. Shea is a Registered Dietitian and completed her Dietetic Internship through Simmons College. Shea is an active member of the American Dietetic Association, the Massachusetts Dietetic Association, the Dietitians in Business Communications Practice Group and the Food and Culinary Dietitians Practice Group. In 2009, Shea was awarded the Women of Influence in the Food Industry Award by the Griffin Report of Food Marketing.

    Shea’s passion for health and wellness has led her to positions as nutrition and fitness consultant, nutrition expert and counselor, health educator and public speaker. She has worked with groups ranging in size from 1-200+ in both community and corporate environments. Shea is a source for local and national TV, radio, online and print media.

    Jennifer currently resides in Boston, MA and is a long-time native to New England. In her free moments, she enjoys spending time outside running, hiking, relaxing at the beach, cooking, learning about food and wine, boutique shopping, listening to music and traveling. Shea has completed 9 marathons and countless half marathons around the New England area.

    Nora Saul Nutrition Program Manager, Joslin Clinic

    Nora Saul, M.S, R.D., L.D.N., C.D.E., is a certified diabetes educator and licensed dietitian. She is currently manager for nutrition services for the adult section at Joslin Diabetes Center. Joslin Clinic is part of a medical center affiliated with Harvard Medical School.

    In addition to working with patients, Nora directs the activities of six registered dietitians as well as serving as the nutrition columnist for the National Women's Health Resource Center, HealthyWomen.org. She has worked in the field of dietetics for over 19 years in areas ranging from critical care to food service management.

    Prior to coming to the Joslin, Nora served as Manager for Nutrition Services at New England Baptist Hospital and Managing Editor for the journal Nutrition Today.

    Amy Campbell Clinical Education Program Manager, Joslin Clinic

    Amy Campbell, M.S., R.D., L.D.N., C.D.E., is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator and is responsible for the development and implementation of the educational components of overall Joslin's Strategic Initiatives programs, including curriculum, educational material and training program development. Amy has developed and conducted training sessions for various disease management products and programs, including the development and delivery of training programs for case managers.

    Amy is a reviewer for patient education materials for the American Association of Diabetes Educators; she recently reviewed the diabetes section in the new American Dietetic Association's Nutrition Care Manual; and she is a member of the nutrition sub-committee of the American Diabetes Association and a member of Joslin Clinic's Patient Education Materials Committee. She co-edited the second edition of Joslin Guide to Diabetes, authored Staying Healthy with Diabetes: Nutrition and Meal Planning and Staying Healthy with Diabetes: Weight and Wellness, and is a review editor for International Diabetes Monitor.

    Amy is a contributing author to Diabetes Self-Management magazine and writes a weekly blog for the Diabetes Self-Management website. In addition, she co-authored a book entitled 16 Myths of a "Diabetic Diet," published by the American Diabetes Association, for which she received both the Will Solimene Award of Excellence in Medical Communication and the 2000 National Health Information Award. She developed menus for Fit Not Fat at Forty Plus, published by Rodale Press, and co-authored a book in 2005 with nationally renowned fitness expert Denise Austin, entitled Eat Carbs, Lose Weight, also published by Rodale Press.

    Amy has been at Joslin Clinic and Joslin Diabetes Center since 1995 in the role of Diabetes and Nutrition Educator. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Simmons College, and a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Boston University. Ms. Campbell did her Dietetic Internship at Deaconess Hospital in Boston, and has received a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management by the American Dietetic Association. In addition to being a Registered Dietitian, she is a Certified Diabetes Educator through the National Certification of Diabetes Educators. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, the American Diabetes Association, the American Association of Diabetes Educators, the Massachusetts Dietetic Association, the American Medical Writers Association and the American Heart Association - Council on Nutrition, Physical Activity & Metabolism. Amy Campbell is also an advisory board member of CalorieKing, American's leading provider of calorie-centric education tools for food awareness.
